Next Level Personnel grew out of an understanding of what businesses are looking for. Both Nick and Harry have extensive experience building and managing high-performing teams, through which, they’ve developed an insight into how to understand a business’ needs and culture to be able to match them with the most suitable candidates to help drive growth and success. The next step for us was a logical one driven by our passions and commitments outside of work. When considering what Next Level Personnel could do to not only help grow organisations but also make a difference to the environment that we live in, we started researching how we could offset our carbon footprint and in turn, help the organisations that we work with do the same. We have since partnered with Carbon Positive Australia to pioneer the way in various industries how we can together be more carbon-conscious for a brighter future.

We posted an ad for a Service Advisor at Paradise Mazda and could not find a suitable applicant when we were contacted by Harry from NLP.

Nick is the founder & Managing Director of Next Level Personnel Pty Ltd and Co-founder – Director of Moneytree Capital Pty Ltd. Nick has been working very closely with the Automotive Industry across Australia for over 25 years now. Nick is a performance-driven and knowledgeable entrepreneur with many years of extensive experience in managing various Australian companies across a diverse range of industries.
Nick has a very focussed approach to customer service and product delivery. The entire NLP team share the same approach to business, ‘deliver a great customer experience every time and on time’.
Nick is a very passionate advocate for the environment and being carbon neutral. He recently partnered both of his companies with Carbon Positive Australia, planting trees to offset his carbon footprint.
Outside of work, Nick is a very keen surfer, a terrible golfer and loves spending time with his family.
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Harry joined Next Level Personnel as the Director of Operations after 10 years in client-facing roles within the Automotive Industry. Harry has extensive experience in management having successfully run both Sales and Finance departments across several dealerships.
Harry’s career commenced in Finance and Insurance where he was quickly promoted to General Sales Manager, it was here that he developed a keen interest in finding and nurturing talent. It is this interest in sourcing talent that has led Harry to a career in recruitment.
Harry is passionate about building partnerships with his clients to help them build world class teams.
Outside of work Harry is a proud father, keen golfer and motorcyclist.
