At Next Level Personnel we forge genuine partnerships with organisations and individuals to help them grow together. We have a passion for seeking out exceptional talent and providing solutions that drive success.

Next Level Personnel grew out of an understanding of what businesses are looking for. Both Nick and Harry have extensive experience building and managing high-performing teams, through which, they’ve developed an insight into how to understand a business’ needs and culture to be able to match them with the most suitable candidates to help drive growth and success. The next step for us was a logical one driven by our passions and commitments outside of work. When considering what Next Level Personnel could do to not only help grow organisations but also make a difference to the environment that we live in, we started researching how we could offset our carbon footprint and in turn, help the organisations that we work with do the same. We have since partnered with Carbon Positive Australia to pioneer the way in various industries how we can together be more carbon-conscious for a brighter future.

Nick Woods

Managing Director & Founder

Nick is the founder & Managing Director of Next Level Personnel Pty Ltd and Co-founder – Director of Moneytree Capital Pty Ltd. Nick has been working very closely with the Automotive Industry across Australia for over 25 years now. Nick is a performance-driven and knowledgeable entrepreneur with many years of extensive experience in managing various Australian companies across a diverse range of industries.

Nick has a very focussed approach to customer service and product delivery. The entire NLP team share the same approach to business, ‘deliver a great customer experience every time and on time’.

Nick is a very passionate advocate for the environment and being carbon neutral. He recently partnered both of his companies with Carbon Positive Australia, planting trees to offset his carbon footprint.

Outside of work, Nick is a very keen surfer, a terrible golfer and loves spending time with his family.

Harry Klimis

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS​

Harry joined Next Level Personnel as the Director of Operations after 10 years in client-facing roles within the Automotive Industry. Harry has extensive experience in management having successfully run both Sales and Finance departments across several dealerships.

Harry’s career commenced in Finance and Insurance where he was quickly promoted to General Sales Manager, it was here that he developed a keen interest in finding and nurturing talent. It is this interest in sourcing talent that has led Harry to a career in recruitment.

Harry is passionate about building partnerships with his clients to help them build world class teams.

Outside of work Harry is a proud father, keen golfer and motorcyclist.

Jacqui Fine

Senior Recruiter – Finance & Accounting

Jacqui started her career as an auditor in South Africa. While taking the immigration leap to Australia, she added to her life changes by moving into a different space as a Financial Accountant and quickly grew into Head of Finance.

This year, she made another life-changing journey by joining Next Level Personnel to provide professional recruitment consultancies and place high-caliber professionals into permanent, contract, and temporary positions at all levels of seniority. Jacquie’s experience ranges across the accountancy and finance, banking, HR, legal, IT, sales & marketing, risk & compliance and support fields.

In her private life, Jacqui enjoys time with her two teenage children, her husband and her two stepchildren. Her oldest daughter is a first-year student at Notre Dame and her son is in Year 10.

Ben Hogan

Senior Recruiter – Sales & Sales Leadership

Ben grew up in a small town in country Victoria, where he started his career as a Chef, quickly advancing his skill to work in some very high caliber restaurants. Taking up a Head Chef position at the age of 20 years old, Ben learnt quickly how important managing staff drives success in any business.

In 2011 he made the move to Melbourne to begin a career in the automotive industry, quickly finding himself managing across all sales, finance & insurance departments. With a wide range of skills including, sales, finance & insurance, stock control/inventory management, aftercare management and wholesaling. He quickly learnt how difficult it is to find the right people for the right job. Ben has managed some very high performing sales teams throughout his career, and with that, he has a very strong understanding of what makes for great sales performers and leaders.

Whenever possible, you will find Ben spending quality time with his wife. Ben & his wife are expecting their first child soon and he is very much looking forward to fatherhood.

Ben loves all things sport, whether that be running, playing golf, touch football or mountain bike riding, he’s onboard…

John Porter

Senior Recruiter – Financial Services

John started his career as a Primary School teacher in rural NSW. It was here that he found his passion and innate ability for nurturing and developing people into their greatest potential.

John made a career change and started his next chapter into Finance over 10 years ago. Here he applied his knowledge from teaching and quickly built a successful career managing all areas of the Sales, Finance and Insurance departments.

John joined the team at Next Level Personnel in 2021 as our Senior Recruiter in Financial Services. The key to success of any business is finding the right people. With his instinctive ability to identify talent, John knows exactly what to look for when finding the right person for a job.

Outside of work, John loves getting out into nature. Whether that be for exercise or with friends and family, connecting with nature is how he keeps himself grounded and energised.

Charlotte Parkinson

Senior Recruiter – Dental & Orthodontics

With over 10 years of experience working across a broad selection of businesses within the Dental Industry Charlotte decided to join Next Level Personnel and use her experience to focus on recruiting for organisations within dental and orthodontics industry.

Throughout her career, Charlotte saw the value of high quality talent and developed an appreciation for how hard this can be to come by. Her extensive network and experience in the industry allow Charlotte to meet and exceed her clients’ expectations.

Outside of work Charlotte enjoys playing tennis, swimming and, occasionally, painting. She adores her family and has a great love for animals especially her German shepherd – Kiara and her cat – Louie.
