Dental Reception

FT Dental Receptionist for modern practice in NSW

Next Level Personnel are look for applicants with previous administrative experience.
Role description includes but is not limited to:
– Front desk reception duties
– Answering phone calls & responding to emails
– Scheduling appointments
– Handling cash, EFTPOS & other payments
– Patient billing and invoicing (including Health funds, Medicare and DVA)
– Managing patient dental records, including liaising with other practices regarding referrals
– Providing a high standard of customer service
  
To be considered:
 Essential:
– Demonstrated experience in the provision of a range of reception duties in a demanding and dynamic reception environment with multiple competing priorities
– Demonstrated experience & high level of competency in the use of information systems and office computer software
– Demonstrated effective customer service, verbal and written communications skills, with the demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism when under pressure
– Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
  
Desirable:
– Knowledge & working experience of Dental 4 Windows or other medical practice management software
– Previous experience working in a medical reception environment.
