Define Search Requirements
Upon formal engagement, our specialist consultant who will conduct a detailed job briefing session with the employer.

Identify Target Candidates (Long Listing)
The “longlist” is a list of names of potential candidates as a result of a high-level search being performed by the Executive Search consultant (specialist consultant) assigned to the role.

Candidate Outreaching
The specialist (lead) consultant will proceed to contact viable candidates from the long list.

Candidate Processing
Suitably experienced candidates that are aligned with the job brief and salary expectations are scheduled for a formal interview.

Interviews
Specialist consultant will carry out a face to face interview (in person or via video conference)

First Round Interviews
Coordinate and manage first-round interviews with all shortlisted candidates.

Post Interview briefings
Specialist consultant to conduct post-interview briefings with all shortlisted candidates and clients.

Pre-offer Preparation
Upon the client nominating the candidate they seek to appoint, the specialist consultant to re-confirm remuneration expectations with candidate and cover counteroffer and start date availability.
Key objective: Confirm candidate commitment to the opportunity to ensure extended written offer will result in acceptance.

Reference Checks
Candidate to provide the specialist consultant with two references. The completed and transcribed references, inclusive of referee name and contact details to be emailed to the client for their review.

Offer Presentation
Specialist consultant will present the employment/client offer to the candidate and will assist with the management of the candidate’s resignation process to avoid current employer counteroffer.

Formal acceptance & appointment
Upon formal acceptance by the candidate, the specialist consultant will email a copy of the signed employment offer to the employee and appointee/client for their records.

Follow-up
Specialist consultant will track the appointees’ progress in regular intervals and offer relevant feedback to the employer
