  • Previous experience in a Service Advisor role (experience in a dealership environment is highly desired).

  • Superior communication skills (verbal & written) is essential.
  • Professional presentation & phone mannerism is critical.
  • Exceptional time management & organisation skills.
  • Highly motivated & able to work unsupervised.
  • Friendly, easy-going individual, a real team player.
  • Strong eye for detail.
  • Friendly, personable individual who is comfortable liaising with customers on a daily basis.
  • Excellent problem solving skills

THE ROLE

  • Provide exceptional customer service to service customers
  • Driveway service check-ins
  • Estimation and telephone enquires and sales
  • Raise repair orders
  • Providing accurate invoices and reports to service customers
  • Follow-up service times to ensure vehicles are completed on time
